Documentation saves to the phone first and uploads when a connection returns. Know which actions queue for later and which need a connection now.
What works offline
Viewing your schedule within the sync window (about thirty days around today)
Continuing an in-progress visit — recording, vitals, meds, wounds
Accepting, declining, and creating visits — the action queues and sends when you reconnect
What needs a connection
Reschedule and reassign — the request goes to the office live; if it fails, check Wi-Fi or cellular data and retry
FDB medication search
Some order flows
Upload retries
Track recording uploads
Tap Uploads. The list shows each visit with voice recordings and its sync status: uploading, uploaded, or failed.
Tap a visit for per-recording detail.
End the day on Wi-Fi with the app open until everything reads uploaded.
Retry a failed upload
Retry only the failed visit items and leave the successfully uploaded items alone.
Get on Wi-Fi.
Open the visit in Uploads and tap Re-upload on the failed row — or Re-upload all failed when several clips failed.
Stay connected until they finish.
Documentation can submit while recordings upload in the background, but failed uploads delay office review. Retry them as soon as you have a connection.
Warning: Signing out removes the phone's encrypted local database. Anything that has not finished uploading — including recordings — is cleared and cannot be recovered. Confirm your uploads before Logout, and never sign out or reinstall the app to fix a sync problem.
If something goes wrong
A recording shows failed with good signal. Toggle airplane mode off and on, reopen Uploads, and tap Re-upload.
The app says offline storage is not ready. Wait for initialization to finish after login, or fully close and reopen the app. Contact support if it persists.
First sign-in is slow. The first sign-in downloads your schedule, patients, and medication data for offline work. Do it on Wi-Fi and let it finish before your first visit.
