<b>A recording shows Failed — what now?</b>

Open the visit, then tap Re-upload on the failed row, or Re-upload all failed when multiple clips failed. Stay on Wi-Fi until uploads complete before signing out.

<b>Why submit if uploads are still running?</b>

Documentation can submit while recordings upload in the background, but failed uploads may delay back-office review. Retry failed items from Uploads as soon as you have connectivity.

Toggle airplane mode off/on and reopen Uploads.

Do not Logout until critical uploads show uploaded — sign-out clears local encrypted data.
