The Survey Readiness tab in Quality Management runs an AI review of your charts against survey standards and turns what it finds into a working list, so the surveyor finds nothing you did not already know about.
Run a scan
Open Quality Management → Survey Readiness.
In the AI Home Health Surveyor panel, click Run Scan. The panel shows how many charts were scanned, how many findings came back, and how many are high-risk, with the time of the last scan.
When the scan finishes, the AI Surveyor Report opens with the findings. Click Open action plan on a finding to see corrective steps, then Create tasks from plan to route them.
Read the readiness picture
Three tiles summarize where you stand: Survey Readiness Issues, Documentation Integrity, and Benchmark Measure Risks. A banner warns when high-severity risks are open: address those before the next accreditation window.
Work the alerts
The Survey Readiness Alerts table lists each open issue with its area, description, number of patients affected, severity, and a CDS Insight explaining the clinical context.
Click View plan on an alert.
The plan sheet explains Why this is happening, lists the Charts affected, gives the Regulatory context, and proposes an Action plan.
Click Create tasks from this plan. The steps become tasks with owners; View tasks jumps to them.
Note: Alerts do not clear themselves when tasks are created — they clear as the underlying documentation is fixed. Re-run the scan after corrective work to confirm the finding is gone.
If something goes wrong
The scan results look stale. Check Last: next to the Run Scan button and run a fresh scan — the tiles reflect the most recent scan, not live data.
An alert affects charts you cannot see. The Charts affected list in the plan sheet names them; open each from there rather than searching by memory.
