Vital Signs (pulse apical/radial, temperature, respiration, height, weight), Blood Pressure (left/right), Pain Assessment, and Oxygen Saturation.
How do I mark vitals complete, and do spoken vitals show here?
Vitals are optional — you can submit the visit without opening this tab. Tap Done when values are entered and the visit hub shows a checkmark on Vitals.
Vitals you speak during the visit are written back to your EHR. They are not displayed on the Vitals tab yet, so enter them manually here if you want them visible in the app.
Troubleshooting: If a value looks wrong, edit it manually before Done. Out-of-range vitals should follow your agency’s escalation protocol.
