What sections appear?
Most visits show Vitals, Medications, Wounds, and Procedures. Visit frequency and Orders may appear when enabled for your agency.
The Outline (top right) allows you to track documentation completeness.
What is the recording bar at the bottom?
When recording is active, a red timer and Transcript control appear. Scribe uses in-visit audio to help populate documentation. You can open sections while recording continues.
What does Sync Failed mean?
You created a visit manually (Add Visit) but the system found no matching scheduled visit within your EHR. You will need to link the visit prior to submitting.
