Typically on RN SOC and similar start-of-episode visits. Enter the 60-day frequency string (for example 2WK2, 1WK4, 1QW2).
Why won’t my frequency save?
The parser validates format and episode dates. Fix red error text before saving. Format help: 2WK2 = two visits per week for two weeks; separate segments with commas.
Troubleshooting: Amber warnings may mean the frequency exceeds episode bounds — adjust or confirm with your clinical manager.
