What is Review & reconcile?
Scribe extracts medications from photos, labels, or conversation. You confirm each med, resolve matches, and address interaction alerts before the section is complete.
Why does the hub show “X need review”?
Some extracted meds are unresolved or missing required fields. Open Medications → complete each row or tap Edit. The badge clears when all meds are reviewed.
How do pill-bottle photos work?
During med recon, use the camera flow to capture bottle labels. Extraction runs on device or server per your release — review every field before accepting.
Manual search
If automatic matching fails, use Search to pick the correct drug product. Wrong matches cause writeback errors — take time to verify strength and form.
Troubleshooting
Empty med list — Add manually with Add a Medication or retake photos with better lighting.
Wrong drug matched — Edit or delete the row and search again.
Cannot submit — Resolve all “need review” badges and saved interaction notes.
