Discipline colors and service codes used across calendars and chips.

Discipline colors are used consistently on calendars, visit chips, and discipline badges. Assistants share their supervising discipline's color.

Note: Read the code on the chip, not just the color — some colors sit close together at small sizes. The calendar legend (the info icon near the frequency pills below the episode calendar) shows the full key.
